This one form will do this for us:

1) Create Gsuite Account

2) Create Funnel Account

3) Create Slack Account and Send an Invite

4) Document info in Google Sheet

5) Add them to cold lead form

6) Notify team members to add to BM Tracker

7) Send notification to management that the process is completed
